Hi guys today we’re going to be talking about two simple ways that you can help eliminate or deal with me knee pain. First and foremost let’s look at the knee joint. The movement of the knee joint is actually heavily influenced by the movement of the ankle joints and the movement of the hip joint. So I’m going to give you two quick tips on how to improve ankle movement, which will have an impact on the knee movements, which will also have an impact on hip movement. OK so the first thing that you want to is are other shoes that you’re wearing is too small for your feet? So I’m going to give you a simple trick to notice if they are. I want you to take the shoes out of your foot and I want you to position your foot on top of the shoe, just like this. So you see here this show over here is actually too small for this foot and will induce faulty gait pattern. Alright so the second thing that you want to look at, is the types of shoes that you’re wearing and I want to bring your attention to the little inserts that are by default in all of your shoes, if you take the insert out, you’ll notice that there’s an actual wedge that is already inserted in your shoes. So a second tip to instantly create change on your knee pain would be simply to remove the insert and toss it option number one or option number two number two would be to just draw a line over here and cut the arch out.
