Have you ever had troubles in the bathroom? While it may be common when we are not at
home or when we eat foods that cause constipation, when it happens frequently or for too long,
it’s necessary to seek medical help. Do you know for how many days it is normal
to not go to the bathroom? Up to 3 days without evacuating can be considered
normal for some people, as long as there are no symptoms of constipation. However, for most people, pooping less than
3 days per week can be considered a sign of constipation. Intestinal constipation can intoxicate your
body and cause many health problems. It is important, and healthy, to poop every
day. When your evacuation isn’t frequent, or when
your stools are small and hard, you are constipated. Difficulty processing foods, characterized

have anything to process and eliminate, worsening the problem. Hemorrhoids
Constipation can irritate your intestinal tube and cause hemorrhoids. When we don’t go regularly to the bathroom,
the muscles get tense, which makes it difficult to eliminate feces. The veins of this area can get inflamed and
overloaded, weakening its performance. Skin problems
Constipation can result in swelling, skin rashes, acne, and dark circles under the eyes. Headaches
Do you have headaches? It can be a signal that your body is having
troubles eliminating the toxic matterial of your feces. The physical effort you make to help eliminate
feces can also cause headaches. Bad digestion
Bad digestion, gas, pain, and nausea can all be signals of constipation. To prevent constipation, eat more vegetables,
green leaves, fruits, bread, cereal, rice, wholegrain pasta, oatmeal, and wholegrain
wheat. Fiber increases the volume of stool and facilitates
the elimination of fecal matter, improving intestinal traffic. Drink plenty of water because fiber can get
dry, which makes it difficult to eliminate and can even worsen your constipation. Water keeps the fecal matter humid and soft,
preventing constipation. Another way to prevent this is to go to the
bathroom as soon as you feel the need. Besides that, regular practices of physical
exercises, such as walking also contributes to a better intestinal function. If even after eating more fiber drinking more
water and exercising you still spend more than one week without evacuating, or evacuate
less than 3 times per week, visit a gastroenterologist to examine your problem.

all those people with skin problems can really be dealing with digestive problems – fruit , fruit and more fruit seems to have a miraculous effect on the digestive system , also movement ( if possible ) works wonders ! so move around and eat fruit !
Once a month take one tablespoon of olive oil followed by 1 L of prune juice make sure you stay home for the day this will keep your bowel clean and free from any dry hard stools. Make sure you drink plenty of water after your bowel has flushed itself clean.
If ur on anti sickness drug that makes u constipated and then the other way ….so u don't feel like eating 😏
I know a lady that couldn't poop and she let it go for a while, until she pooped out from her mouth.. Yuck.. And believe it or not she brought this up during a Thanksgiving dinner at the damn table.. lol
And I know someone that can eat anything and go poop within 5 minutes after eating.. I bet he could eat a booger and go poop..

The trick is to soak dates overnight and eat them in the morning with warm water, if there are no dates try can prunes, they are as effective.

So many remedies for constipation but how about the opposite problem? There used to be a natural elixir called "Strawberry leaf extract" but I can't find it anywhere now. It worked very well for occasional situations where one had to leave the house! Otherwise, I understand the need to allow the body to process a flu, food poisoning, and an over-indulgence in a buffet ☺. What fast-working natural foods/herbs etc are there for diarrhoea?

i once went 2 days without pooping. when I finally pooped, it was like a 2 foot sea snake that wrapped around the toilet.
it was thick and juicy. like a boa constrictor. just huge. it did hurt. don't wait until the nearest bathroom is about to close.

No issues. A big glass of water plus some lemon juice and stevia, that helps me. Prunes are always the magic fruit 😉 Chia seeds. They're also very helpful. Let them soak first and then drink them. The fiber helps.
Have to be honest, sometimes I have constipation but, the beat cure are the liquids, especially water. I drink 1,5liter till 12am I go to the bathroom because water flush it away. Water is still the best cure
Folks, it is so, so dangerous to not poop frequently. Many years ago I was often constipated and stared having sharp pains deep inside the lower side of my abdomen. The pain would come and go but as the days went by it intensified and I would bend over in pain every 5 minutes. I could not even perform my work at the office.
Eventually, I sought medical attention. At first, the Doctor thought it might be appendicitis but ruled that out. A thorough manual examination on the affected area found nothing wrong. As a last resort, the Doctor decided to order an MRI to see exactly what the problem was. An MRI was performed using a liquid contrast plus an i.v. iodine solution. The results of the MRI were immediately forwarded to the doctor. Within minutes she had the diagnosis: diverticulitis.
A previous colonoscopy done years back had revealed that I had developed diverticulosis which are small, bulging pouches in the intestine called diverticula. However, due to my constant constipation, those small pouches filled with waste matter and became infected (diverticulitis). That was the source of my pain. The condition was treated with massive doses of antibiotics. Had I ignored the symptoms, those pouches would have burst and I would have died from toxic poison in the system.
Nowadays, I don't go longer than two days without a bowel movement. I found that beans, papaya, chia seeds, ground flax seeds, oatmeal, and raisins help the digestive system. When all that fails any brand of osmotic laxative helps. Any other type of laxative gives me severe cramping and intestinal inflammation. Also, don't forget to drink plenty of water.
