“After waiting for going pilgrimage to Naju
for 20 years, I’m finally today together with you.”
– Testimony presented by Fr. Marcel on Nov 24, 2012 – Good morning, everybody! [ Applause ] It is a privilege for me to be here. I’m very happy. It is the very grace of God that brings me here. ( Amen! ) [ Applause ] I have heard about Naju long time ago when I was in
the Philippines; Mama Julia went to the Philippines. I was not able to be there personally
because there were many people. Since that time, I prayed hard that,
one time, I will be able to come here, Naju,
to experience this grace of God, being here. [ Applause ] After waiting for almost 20 years,
now, I find myself here in Naju. [ Applause ] Of course, I heard about all these problems
about Naju, especially from the authorities,
the local authorities of the Church here. But, my main concern is
not about authority, but about Our Lord. ( Amen! ) [ Applause ] We, all. The authorities, the bishops,
the priests, and the people of God.
All of us should obey the Lord more than others. ( Amen! ) [ Applause ] And, here, Mama Mary reveals
the Message of Salvation through Julia. And, Our Lord Jesus Christ
reveals himself personally to Mama Julia. So, let us listen to her. So, when I was …,
I am here now, I find myself in the midst
of very religious people like you all. You are very devoted people to Our Lord. The very religious ones. So, as a priest, I am very proud of you. ( Amen! ) This is faith in a very real sense. Even in the middle of the night, which they pray. What is this? This is a very good sign that this is ‘faith’
that we all now hold it tightly. ( Amen! ) So, now let me share with you
a little experience of mine. I got a problem with my right eye.
I got floaters in my eye. And, so, I told a friend of mine, a sister in Singapore. So, I went to Singapore to check my eyes. And, what the doctor said, I still remember it. He said, “You have to live with it. No cure.” So, the doctor didn’t give me any
prescription or whatever differences. It’s no use. There are sisters of siblings of
Elisabeth, and Regina here with us. They brought me to their mother’s house. And, there, their mother gave me
two or three bottles, small bottles of water of Naju. I got it. And, then, I prayed and I blessed it.
Then I applied it to my eyes. I said like this, ‘Mama Mary! Can You help me?
But, if You don’t help me, I still love You, too.’ ( Amen! ) And, I applied it. And, later on, I went back to Singapore
for a check-up again. That was the third time. So, the first time, I had my eyes checked up.
And, the doctor said, “It’s extraordinary.” They could not do anything. So, I went back home. Then, the second time, he said, – But, it was probably after almost 1 year. – “I told you ‘6 months’. And, now,
it is more than almost 1 year. It’s getting worse.” I said, ‘Okay, no problem.
Even you take out one of my eyes or both,
no problem with me. But finally, you don’t take my faith.’ Now. That was the second time And, so, after this,
I got that Water of Naju. So, I applied it. And, then, I went back
to Singapore to have my eyes checked. And, then …
He looked at the picture. And, he said, “It’s all right. No problem.” ( Amen! ) [ Applause ] I just applied the very Water outside. Or, maybe …
Somebody from Singapore
gave it to the mother of the sister. And, the mother of the sister gave it to me.
I applied. I gave it to my eyes. ( Amen! ) That’s it. Even if I had applied that Water of Naju and it didn’t work, no problem with me. I still love Mama Mary. I will be trying to come here. I can see you all.
Really, how beautiful all of you are! ( Amen! ) [ Applause ] Thank you all, for preparing all these
things beautifully for all of us, especially for me,
for having a chance to celebrate Mass with you all. Before I came here, the friend of mine just reminded me, “Be careful! You will be excommunicated.” “Tell you what?”, I said, “There are many martyrs being killed,
martyred, because of Our Lord. It’s just an excommunication. I am still alive.” [ Applause ] No, no. It doesn’t make sense for me. So, here I am. I thank you all for this beautiful arrangement
and all the prayers. These are all beautiful. I experience such a religious
performance, the experience here in Naju. You know, to come here to Korea, I need a VISA. And, it was very hard for me.
To me, all the requirement to get the VISA. They asked for my monthly salary.
The proof of my monthly salary. The priest doesn’t have any salary. The proof that I paid the tax to the government.
I didn’t pay tax until now because I earn nothing. I told the girl in the counter that
I don’t have a salary; I don’t have any tax whatever. Then, they said, “In that case, there is no VISA.” I looked at her and said, “Well, then
I will try to give you whatever papers that you like.” So, I went to the University where I had taught there. And, I went to the administration and said,
“They need something like this.” They said, “No problem. You just try it.” So, they typed everything and said,
“Okay, you just bring it back to them.” And, I submitted it, and they received it. The girl in the counter didn’t examine all these papers. She just looked at it, “Oh, yeah”, and gave me a receipt. And, they said, “By 20th, you come back,
and let’s see whether you will have the VISA or not.” On 21st, we had to fly from Singapore to Korea. So, I went to the counter by 20th. And, the girl said, “Oh, you again?” I said, “Yes, I am again.” And, then, she looked for my passport. She said, “Oh, yes, approved.” I said, “Praise the Lord.” The girl in the counter was like this. “Oh, here is yours. Okay, then I turned around and said,
“Mama Mary! Thank you.” [ Applause ] So, here I am. [ Applause ] So, without the help of Mama Mary, I could not come. And, one more. And, this is very important. The important thing is this. What is next after Naju? Remember. Naju is a message. It’s a message from Our Lord through Mama Mary,
and passed it on to Mama Julia. And, now, to all of us. For what? So, for all of us. Just get one person. It’s enough. To convert one person to come back to the Lord. That’s enough. [ Applause ] Probably, it is too much to get one. Then, then.
I would say that’s yourself. Then, Mama Mary will be very happy. Thank you all very much. I love you all.
