Hello & welcome to a brand new episode of beauty & health tips with your friend jyotika sharma Monsoon Monsoon is a wet & a humid weather which leads to all the kind of dermatological problems, if not taken care in time Here are a few do’s & don’ts , for complete skin cares during monsoons. 1) do not take hot water shower Hot water bath feels great during cold & rainy days but it damages facial skin instead use luke warm water & prevent any damage to your skin. 2) do not rush your daily cleansing routine inadequate cleansing can lead to bacteria build up & skin breakups instead cleanings wipes are a packed wipes are a complete No-No instead use your regular face wash at regular interval s for cleansing your skin. 3) do have wholesome meals god fats are necessary for your health, skin repair treating moisture & flexibility sticking to a low fast diet, can lead to early ageing & dullness of skin. instead include protien such as seeds or nuts in your diet which have skin friendly oil and are the best option when craving strikes. 4) wear open footwear In monsoon the rodsa re full of dirty water which enter our footwear & to make things worst we wear the wet shoes for hours in our office and return back home with swollen, unclean & dirty feet. Monsoon means wet & humid conditions which leads to sweaty feet & sticky shoes. which further leads to fungal infections & other skin diseases. that is why it is very important to wash your fot everytime you go back home Also dry your foot completely before wearing your pair of shoes or socks do not wear close pair of shoes as they hold water it is advisable to wear open footwear like floaters 5) Ensure pedicure tools are sterilized. Although a particular section needs to be done for holistic footwear it is advisable to follow the procedure at home with your own sterilized instruments. In monsoons it becomes difficult to maintain the hygiene, even at the best centers So, in case you opt for a pedicure session at a salon Make sure that their instruments are sterilized And cleans with disinfections. Never remove cuticles of nails as it keeps the infections out Feet are most vulnerable during this season, so incase you over board with foot scrubbing There is a chance that you might catch infection The cracked skin tissue in turn, leads to bacterial infection Redness & ultimate swelling.
